I wanted to especially point out Sean Cohen -- he has been working with me for the past couple of weeks making sure everything was going OK and making sure I was happy with the service.
He did everything he could do to make it easier on me. This is what truly and completely sold me on your service ... I've tried other services (some of your biggest competitors) and I was lucky to even get an ANSWER from their support much less get that much help.
He is doing a wonderful job with your support area and I thank you for keeping that top notch --- it's so rare these days.
You can't beat the features and service for the price and I'm truly glad I decided to try your service ... couldn't be happier!
